Eric Fraser is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in AI, enterprise software, and business transformation. As the CTO of NCX, he bridges the gap between AI capabilities and real-world business impact, ensuring that organizations can harness AI to scale insights, automate research, and drive strategic decision-making.

Throughout his career, Eric has held executive and technology leadership roles at companies including Dr. Lisa AI, Culture Partners, Accenture, Oracle, and ServiceMax, where he designed and implemented AI-powered solutions for global enterprises. He specializes in Generative AI, applied machine learning, solution architecture, and executive AI strategy, helping businesses move from AI experimentation to scalable, high-impact deployments.

Eric has also served as an AI Technical Fundamentals Trainer at Harvard’s AI for Human Flourishing Think Tank, reinforcing his deep expertise in AI education and application.
